Store Pickup FAQ

Store pickup is available during store opening hours.

When you buy goods from us online and select Store Pickup from Farnham Common during checkout, we hold your order at the selected store ready for your collection. Goods can be available in as little as 1 hour but please allow at least one working day for your goods to be available during busy times.

We will email you (or SMS you if you have provided a mobile contact number) when your item is ready to collect. Please take your order confirmation email with you, as goods may not be released without this.

Even when you are collecting in store, we require your shipping address at checkout - Goods awaiting collection will be held for 14 days.
