Click & Collect FAQ

The Click & Collect service is suspended for staff & visitor safety and is no longer an option during online checkout or request.


When you buy goods from us online and select In-store Collection as your shipping method during checkout, we hold your order at the selected store ready for your collection. Please allow at least one working day for your goods to be available for collection.

We will email you (or SMS you if you have provided a mobile contact number) to confirm your goods are ready to collect. Please take your order confirmation email with you, as goods may not be released without this.

In-store collection is available from either:

  • My Boutique, 5 Robin Parade, Farnham Common, SL2 3QL.
  • My Boutique, 49 The Parade, Bourne End, SL8 5SB (currently suspended at this location)

Even if you are collecting in store, we require your shipping address at checkout - Goods awaiting collection will be held for 14 days and (if uncollected and we haven't been able to contact you or have received no response), delivered to your billing shipping address or your order cancelled, at our discretion.
