Click & Collect FAQ

Click & Collect is now available during store opening hours.

When you buy goods from us online and select In-store Collection as your shipping method during checkout, we hold your order at the selected store ready for your collection. Goods can be available in as little as 1 hour but please allow at least one working day for your goods to be available during busy times.

We will email you (or SMS you if you have provided a mobile contact number) to confirm your goods are ready to collect. Please take your order confirmation email with you, as goods may not be released without this.

Even when you are collecting in store, we require your shipping address at checkout - Goods awaiting collection will be held for 14 days and (if uncollected and we haven't been able to contact you, orders are cancelled, at our discretion.

If you need an item urgently, please note this request at checkout and we will do all we can, however, we fulfill in strict order and during busy periods, dispatch to store may take longer.
