Free delivery when you spend £40 to all mainland UK customers.

My Boutique online has been created for further and far away customers who find it difficult to visit our store in Farnham Common. Our online service will also help our more local customers secure our fastest moving goods that may otherwise have sold out - we also offer a collect in store option for this.

All parcels are packaged by hand and delivered FREE when you spend £40 to all mainland UK customers using either Royal Mail for smaller parcels, or UK Mail for larger, heavier packages.

Various delivery options are available at checkout for International customers.

My Boutique aims to dispatch orders within 48 hours but may take longer during periods of exceptional activity or when items are awaiting restocking. In any event, my boutique will always keep you up-to-date on the progress of your orders, notify you of any likely delay, and advise you when parcels have been shipped, along with a tracking code when available so you can follow their arrival.

Royal Mail packages are sent 1st or 2nd Class “signed for” (dependant on their size and weight) although you have the option at checkout to upgrade to a choice of Special Delivery services.

Heavier, UK Mail parcels are sent next day courier delivery and will include an advance email notification from UK Mail of their arrival at your delivery address.

Please note that in order to meet our environmental objectives, we encourage online customers to group small, low value purchases together to reduce packaging and transportation emissions. From February 2016 we have discontinued 100% free shipping to encourage a more responsible environmental approach and will levy a fixed environmental charge of £4.50 for all deliveries of less than £40, irrespective of their weight. Please be aware that we will be reinvesting any profits received from this charge into processes and activities that aid the environment. Thank you for your understanding.
